Выборочно не доходит почта от нас

Добрый день.

Не могу понять, все было хорошо и вдруг в последнее время начали поступать жалобы, что не доходят письма от нас до получателей(вне нашего сервера).

Стоит Win2003Serv SP2 и Exch2003 со всеми апдэйтами.

Проверил, перестала идти почта(к примеру) на mail.ru. К нам без проблем идет, а отвечаю на письмо - не доходит. На многие другие все нормально ходит(к примеру rambler.ru).

Просматривал логи:
когда на mail.ru отправляю и не доходит:

Подскажите плиз, может я что не вижу в логах?!!?

Вариантов не много, которые могу предложить
1) телнетом лезим на 25 порт mail.ru и пытаемся ручками отослать тестовое письмо, если будут проблемы - сразу увидим
2) скачать smtpdiag и ей проиагностировать отправку письма на проблемный сервер
если оба варианта прокатят - надо смотреть логи смтп сервера, может быть включать более полное логирование
