Вкладка Group Policy

Доброго времени !

ОС : контроллёр домена на Windows 2000 Server SP4
С недавних пор не могу отредактировать групповые политики для OU.
Открвываю ADUC, правой мышой открываю "Свойства" И перехожу на вкладку "Group Policy" и вижу: Это.
Пробывал все варианты выставлять, в любом случае появляеся такое окно.
И после нажатия "Close" вижу следующее -

все эменты управления - недоступны !!!

У вас два сетевых интерфейса, поднимите наверх который прявязан к DNS.

Adapters & Bindings правильно настроил?
Кроме ОС чего еще стоит или ты DC напрямую в Инет воткнул?

Все заработало, спасибо - всё дело оказалось в непральном порядке привязки интерфейсов.
Всем спасибо за помощь.
Кстати, поясните, пожалуйста смысл привязки интерфейсов - хочется разобраться всё-таки
