Вопрос по утилите exmerge для exchange 2003

Есть задумка использовать для резервного копирования почты утилиты exmerge для exchange 2003. Она конвертит почтовые ящики из хранилища edb в файлы pst. После запуска и прогона ее по wizardу получаю ошибки. В лог файле записано следующее

Только один ящик (админа которым захожу на этот компьютер) архивируется правильно. Никаких ошибок в event vewer нет. По- моему что-то с правами доступа. Но вот где копать?
