event id 1030 и 1058

Доброго времени суток.

С переодичностью в 5 минут в журнале ошибок появляются ошибки:

и

и соответственно не могу подключиться к MMC с GPO
Нашел статью на сайте MS 842804, сделал все как там рекомендовано, не помогло!!!

Что кроме винды стоит на этом DC?
NetBIOS случаем не отключен?

DNS и DHCP, пакет офиса 2003, 1с. NetBIOS включен.
