на локальной машине тыпаюсь создать учетную запись exch
выбираю... соединение по exh
далее просит указать имя сервера имя пользователя
указываю srv0 user
а мне в ответ

в какую сторону копать? где смотреть ошибок нету...
Там же есть кнопочка типа проверить имя, или обзор в мастере подключения учетной записи...
Причем тут ДНС, он же юзера не находит, а не комп... Может ты ящик пользователю не создал?
вот при нажатии на эту кнопочку он и выводит ошибку..
пользователь создан.. почтовый ящик тоже.

Ну ИЕ тебе вряд ли помешает. Что-то закривело, очевидно. Попробуй Эксч-сервер ребутнуть, мож поможет. И посмотри например ldp реально ли майлбокс к юзеру привинтился.
Если учетку создал не давно, то:
1. на любом компе проверь появилась ли она в адресной книге в Outlook
2. Поробуй подключится к серверу с бругого компа (проверяем все ли с тем компом нормально)
3. В Exchange делаем ребилд и обновление адресной книги.
4. Другие пользователи на этом компе подключаются нормально ?
на сервере (контролере) стоит пронать dcdiag и netdiag так на всякий случай, так как то что клиент не видит учетки может говорить об проблемах с LDAP сервером.

Что касается этого, ты что там настраивал на серверм интерфейсе вообще ?
в фильтрации и т.д. ?
