Postfix грузится с ошибками - SMTP не работает

Сначала отвалился SMTP, т.е. почта приходит но не уходит с клиентских машин, рестартанул Postfix - он при загрузке показал такое:

Кто подскажет - что могло случиться с этими владениями?
Это повлияло на неработу SMTP?

у них владелец не постфикс.
