Установка дополнительного контролера домена

Имеющийся контролер домен на Windows 2000 Server RU. Пытаюсь поставить дополнительный контролер на Windows 2003 Server EN
Выдает ошибку:
The operation failed because:
This Active Directory installation requires domain
configuration changes. Run the adprep /domainprep command on
domain controller (null) to make these changes and then proceed
with the Active Directory installation.
"The server is unwilling to process the request."
Чего он хочет? Подскажите пожалуйста.

[/quote] Блин, ну простым английским написано: Run the adprep /domainprep command . Чего непонятно? А порядок установки слабо почитать? Или readmy хотя-бы прямо на установочном диске! 
Правильно настроенный бэкап значительно сокращает трафик форумов.
