Ошибка установки SP2 на EXCHANGE 2003

Стоит домен (server 2003) на нем EXCHANGE 2003 SP1
Пытаюсь поставить EXCHANGE 2003 SP2, выдает ошибку:
The component "Microsoft Exchange Messaging and Collaboration Services" cannot be assigned the action "Update"
because:
- Setup has detected that the hotfix described in knowledge base article 831464 has not been installed. This hotfix is required for Outlook Web Access to function properly.
Repair запускал!!!
Правда может нужно поставить SP1 на сам SERVER 2003, не очень хотелось бы
