установка Exchange 2003

Привет, народ!

Тут есть проблемка, помогите решить...

Есть сингле лейбл домен COMPANY... разнородный, два контроллера домена на виндовс 2000 и один контроллер на виндовс НТ 4.
На 2-х контроллерах под виндовс 2000 подняты DNS.

Есть ещё сервак, не являющийся контроллером домена, но подключенный к домену. Сама машина на базе виндовс НТ 4, на которой стоит Exchange 5.5.

Создал сервак (MAILER1) виндовс 2003, подключил к домену. Контроллером домена эту машину делать не стал (вопрос--надо делать машину с Exchange 2003 контроллером домена?)

Утановил windows .net framework; asp.net; smtp; nntp; www

В общем netdiag и dcdiag не проходят.

Чего ему не хватает?

1. вот это читал, сделал
Сведения о настройке Windows 2000 для доменов с DNS-именем, состоящим из одной метки
2. Сколько сетевых интерфейсов будет использоваться на почтовом сервере
если только 1, то второй не просто отключить, отключить на уровне системы.
3. Какие ошибки есть в систем лог в Эвентах на контролере домена ?

давай еще раз посмотрим dcdiag с контролеров на предмет ошибок, пока они есть нормально Exchange редко встает.
