Inetinfo занимает процессорное время

Стоит W2k Adv SP3, Exchange 2000 SP3

Через какое то время после установки процесс Inetinfo начинает занимать постоянно 30-40% времени процессора и память, остановка всех Web сайтов не помогает, что это может быть

Какие ошибки в логах, что говорят netdiag и dcdiag на контролере

В логах никаких практически ошибок нет кроме одной - двух

Почта ходит, к домену подключается
Вирусов тоже mcafee не обнаружил

В форуме winfaq.ru было аналогичное сообщение и там проблема решилась удалением SMTP коннектора и smart host, но это мне не подходит
